Tracy truly is a Godsend. i was scared and clueless on what was going to happen to me I am 18 years old and I thought I was going to go to prison and she made it clear immediately that I would not be going to prison, she fought her hardest for me and used anything and everything she could to make sure I got an AMAZING deal that would not hinder my life in any way. I hired Tracy Pullan as counsel for my case. She was very kind and professional in our interactions, but I was disappointed with the lack of communication throughout the process. Nearly all updates came only after I reached out myself, usually every few weeks or before an important court date. Each time I checked in, I was told that she had just received new information and would review it and follow up—but I rarely heard back unless I initiated contact again. About a month before my court date, I reached out for an update and was told the same thing. Then, one week before the scheduled court date, I contacted her again to ask what to expect. That’s when I found out my case had actually been dismissed 12 days earlier by the grand jury, and I was never notified. While I’m grateful for the outcome, I was extremely disappointed not to be informed of such a significant development. Communication is a key part of client representation, and in this case, it fell short. I’m also still paying for services that didn’t feel commensurate with the level of attention and effort provided. This is my opinion.
